Daniel Trevino joined the Law Offices of Quintanilla & Associates in 2016 as a Law Clerk and currently serves as a full-time Law Clerk for the firm. Daniel’s experience includes research involving numerous state and federal statues, administrative regulations and case law pertaining to a wide range of legal issues. In addition, Daniel’s experience has included research regarding contract interpretation involving the formation and contractual duties. Daniel’s experience also includes research on a vast body of law pertaining to employment law for the purpose of preparing personnel manuals for the firm’s public agency clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as an intern to the City Manager for the City of Rancho Mirage where he spent 6 months interacting with elected officials and members of the public. Daniel also interned with the Greater Palm Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau for 8 months where he remained until the start of Law School.
Daniel earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego where he was a Diversity Scholarship Recipient. While in Law School he was a member of the Student Bar Association and received a Certificate of Distinction. Daniel started working as a Law Clerk with the firm after the end of his first year of law school and has continued to work for the firm since. Daniel received a B.A. in Political Science and Administrative Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
